Is it the pillow cover only or the entire pillow?

It's the pillow cover + pillow insert (the entire pillow). However, you do have the option of purchasing the cover only on this page for a discounted price.

But I've seen these online or at other stores for $20.00-$30.00?

Yep, those are entirely different pillows. Our Positivity Pillow Collection is exclusive to MermaidPillowCo.com and you cannot purchase them elsewhere. Our pillows are superior in both design and quality, and others do not include our exclusive illustrations and messaging on the fronts. Most you find in stores have a pure black fabric back, and the sequins are much rougher and difficult to turn. We custom design and assemble all of our products from our studio in Elkhorn, NE.

When will I receive my mermaid pillows?

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days in the USA (but due to the popularity of our Paw Pillows shipping time may be longer), except customized/personalized products or those orders marked "Pre-Order", which will arrive on the date shown on the product. We will send you tracking details as soon as your package ships, so you can track your package location at any time.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

Yes, please email us at team@mermaidpillowco.com and we'll send you return/exchange instructions! Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and customers are responsible for covering shipping back to our store.

Do you offer wholesale mermaid pillows?

Yes! We offer wholesale mermaid pillows. Please complete the short wholesale application and you can be approved in as little as 15 minutes.

The mermaid pillow is recommended for what age group?

The mermaid pillow is recommended for kids ages 4 and up: The sequins are hand-sewn and it’s possible for them to be removed with force or extensive use, so we do not recommend the product for young children.

How is my order shipped?

All orders within the U.S. order will arrive in a large poly bag via USPS (unless otherwise selected). In certain cases, our packages are too large to fit in a mailbox, so please check your doorstep or your post office if you have any trouble locating your package.

We will send you tracking details as soon as your package ships, so you can track your package location at any time.

Why is my pillow insert wrapped separately?

Your pillow cover and pillow insert will arrive wrapped individually. The plastic wrap protect the sequins during shipping. The pillow insert is additionally vacuum-sealed for shipping & will gradually expand once opened.

How do I stuff my pillow cover?

Your pillow cover has a zipper across the bottom edge. Please see our quick step by step graphic on how to stuff your pillow cover.
